Every item is made to order just for you.

Because each shirt and hoodie is custom-printed upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of heart. Please double-check our size charts before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit!

 

Damages and Issues:

We want you to love your Ohio Cryptid gear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@amcoriginalco.com  Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations:

Since we start processing orders quickly, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
